General Conditions means Sub-contractor's costs and expenses reasonably necessary for performance of the Work, including, but not limited to, all Sub-contractors head office and branch office staff and other costs incurred at head office or branch offices, all Sub-contractors on and off-site supervisory, clerical and other Project support and administration personnel, all Sub-contractors temporary on-site utilities and facilities, including job trailer, temporary toilets, and barricades, security and guard services, payroll taxes and all insurance, worker's compensation, mark ups, fees, taxes, levies, and marketing costs, accounting and administration, warranty reserves, trash removal, telephone and telecopier expenses and other communications costs, trucks, travel, lodging, board, disbursements, fuel, and clean up, printing, and other legally required Sub-contractor cost items.The construction and maintenance of all temporary erosion control facilities necessary to comply with all applicable laws shall be included in this line item. The Sub-contractor shall prepare a temporary SWPPP document for each rain event depicting where and what methods of erosion and sediment control shall be utilized. A copy of this document shall be given to the Brookfield Field Representative for input into the sites overall SWPPP report and/or REAP.
