The anticipated scope of services will include but not limited to Construction phase administration Construction phase observation CWSRF loan assistance Tracking the contractor to ensure compliance with State MBE requirements CFPUA will address questions regarding the RFQ until 2:00 PM on February 21, 2023. Questions submitted after this time will not be addressed.
