Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Altus, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
The work includes replacement and installation of new equipment to better maintain our system. In room 218 two (2) new 10 tons Computer Room Air Conditioners (CRACS) shall be installed. One shall operate on the existing Chill Water (CHW) system and one shall operate using Direct Exchange (DX) which will have an exterior heat exchanger. Additionally, the condensate drain in Rm 218 is above the finished floor (FF) and shall be lowered and properly graded. The CRAC in Rm 136 shall be replaced. The condensing water (CDW) system shall be isolated from other hydronic systems in the building with a double shell and tube heat exchanger system, cleaned, and provided redundant pumps to maintain operating pressure. All equipment will be integrated into Altus AFB's Emergency Management Control System (EMCS). and incidental related work. The work is located at the Building 172 Altus AFB, Altus OK
