Drawings, Specifications and other Contract Documents prepared by: Fox, Drechsler & Brickley, Inc. P.O. Box 758, 113 Falcon Rd. Altus, Oklahoma 73522. Plan sheets The payment shall be in check form and shall be made payable to Fox, Drechsler & Brickley, Inc. The payment amount is non-refundable. Proposal payable to the City of Altus as a guaranty that if the Proposal is accepted, the BIDDER will execute the Contract and file acceptable Performance and Statutory Bonds within 10 days after the award of the Contract. The City of Altus hereinafter called the OWNER, reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any formality or technicality in any Proposal in the interest of the OWNER.
