A/C Units/Refrigerated Coolers/Air Curtains and related equipment 1) Computer room AC unit 2) Refrigerated Coolers (6 kitchen coolers, 1 Aux cooler) 3) Air Curtains (loading dock) 4) Includes any related equipment and includes annual service. Annual service is considered to be the minimum service for cleaning coils and checking pressures and protection devices for the units and will include cleaning all indoor and outdoor coils as necessary to ensure proper operation, inspection for any anomalies should be performed every 3-4 months to protect the division equipment and ensure efficient operation. 5) The successful contractor will be responsible for all parts and labor in order to keep the equipment in proper working order.
