INSTRUCTIONS: The City of Moscow has grouped City buildings into two (2) modules for the purposes of bidding. Bidders may bid on one (1) module or both modules. The City will enter into a Professional Services Agreement with the successful bidder for each module. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work consists of providing janitorial services for the City of Moscow at the following buildings: Module #1: Moscow Police Station* Module #3 Hamilton Indoor Recreation Center and Eggan Youth Center. *Note: The Police Station will require a background check and participation in Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS). The contractor will furnish all cleaning equipment and materials necessary to perform the listed services, with the exception of toilet tissue, hand towels, hand soap, garbage sacks, toilet seat covers, and light bulbs. CONTRACT PERIOD: The successful bidder for each Module will be required to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with the City of Moscow. The Agreement will commence May 1, 2023 and extend to September 30, 2025. The undersigned further agrees that City shall have the right to accept or reject any bid which rejection or acceptance is deemed to be in the best interest of City.
