Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.

Description of Project: Spartanburg County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the roof replacement project at the Woodruff Leisure Center located at 550 Cavins Road Woodruff, SC 29388 and the T.W. Edwards Center located at 195 Coleman Circle Pacolet, SC 29372. Sealed Proposals are subject to the conditions and all provisions set forth herein and attached. All qualified Proposers are invited to submit Proposals to Spartanburg County for the following Mark Envelope: Outside of sealed Proposal envelope must be marked: RFP # 2023032 SPARTANBURG COUNTY WOODRUFF LEISURE CENTER AND T.W. EDWARDS CENTER ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT followed by your firm name and address. Proposals or withdrawal requests, received by the Purchasing Department after the time and date set for receipt of Proposals, are late and WILL NOT be accepted. Late Proposals are void and will be returned unopened to the Proposer, regardless of when they were mailed or delivered. It is the Proposers responsibility to ensure timely receipt by the Purchasing Department of a Proposal. Items must be provided, in the order listed, as a Proposal package, or Proposal may be disqualified. Proposal shall not exceed, with requested options, 50 pages. Provide one original and three copies of ALL submittal documents, all unbound, no tabs.
