The Town of Nantucket, through its Town Administration, invites qualified bidders to submit bids for daily professional cleaning and custodial services for its municipal buildings. The successful bidder shall be responsible for providing all labor, insurance, equipment, tools, and supplies, except where noted, necessary for the cleaning of Facilities and work areas at Contractor's expense. The Bidder shall provide the necessary number of daily resources required to adequately maintain the Facilities in a clean, sanitary, and presentable manner at all times. Bids which is made in accordance with M.G.L. c 30B Questions concerning this IFB must be submitted in writing to: Assistant Procurement Officer, Town of Nantucket, 37 Washington St., Nantucket, MA 02554 or via email at procurement@nantucket-ma.gov before Thursday, February 23, 2023. Written responses will be posted on the Town website in the form of Addenda if necessary and emailed to all bidders on record as having requested the IFB. Project awarded to--Sarah B Cleaning
