Site work for a civil project in Dupont, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Project: Base Bid; Approximately 575 LF of Streambank Stabilization along with Urban Stream Restoration within Mill Creek. This work includes removal of existing sediment and debris from the stream channel, re-constructing and reinforcing the stream embankment with vegetation and stone and constructing stone weirs within the channel. Also included is demolition, installation of sixteen (16) of storm inlets and approximately 420 LF of SLHDPE. This project was financed in part by a grant from The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Environmental Protection. The bid must be accompanied by a certified/cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to Dupont Borough. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or to waive any informalities in the bidding. If written notice of the acceptance of this Bid is mailed or delivered to the undersigned within sixty (60) days after the opening thereof, or at any time thereafter before the Bid is withdrawn, the undersigned agrees to execute and deliver the Agreement in the form prescribed by the Dupont Borough. The Labor Standards, Wage Determination Decision and Anti-Kickback regulations (29CFR, Part 3) issued by the Secretary of Labor are included in the contract documents of this project and govern all work under the contracts.
