approximately 2,600 S.Y. of 1.5" Depth Milling, 16,400 S.Y. of 9.5 mm Super pave HMA Wearing Course, 2,750 S.Y. of Pavement Base Replacement, 1,500 Ton of 19 MM Super pave Levelling Course, installation of 227 L.F. of 15" SLHDPE, 50 L.F. of 18" HDPE, 3 Storm water Inlets, manhole and inlet adjustments Bidders are advised that PA Prevailing Minimum Wage Rates must be paid to workers employed on this project and are incorporated in the Contract Documents. These wage rate requirements are applicable to this contract for the entire duration of this project The bid must be accompanied by a certified/cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to Dupont Borough The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or to waive any informalities in the bidding All work shall be completed within 90 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed Liquidated damages will be assessed at $500.00 per day for any work not completed past the completion date
