Dupont Borough OCD Borough Building ADA Ramp Project: Base Bid; New ADA Ramp, Door Replacement, Bituminous Paving, Concrete Curb and Sidewalk. A Pre-Bid Meeting (Non-mandatory) will be held on February 1 at 11:00 A.M. at the Dupont Borough Building. The bid must be accompanied by a certified/cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to Dupont Borough. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or to waive any informalities in the bidding. If written notice of the acceptance of this Bid is mailed or delivered to the undersigned within sixty (60) days after the opening thereof, or at any time thereafter before the Bid is withdrawn, the undersigned agrees to execute and deliver the Agreement in the form prescribed by the Dupont Borough.
