Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Dupont, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Base Bid: approximately 29,000 S.Y. of 1.5" Depth Milling, 29,000 S.Y. of 9.5 mm Super pave WMA Wearing Course, 2,500 S.Y of Pavement Base Replacement, 1,750 Ton of Super pave Leveling Course, installation of 82 LF. of 12 SLHDPE, 575 L.F. of 15 SLHDPE, 8 Stormwater Inlets, 24 ADA Ramps and man- hole and inlet adjustments. The Contract Documents may be examined at the Dupont Borough Municipal Building, located 600 Chestnut Street, Dupont Pa 18641, the offices of Colwell-Naegele Associates, Inc. located at 276 East Grove Street, Clarks Summit, PA 18411 or at Steam town Blueprint located at 308 Penn Avenue, Scranton, PA 18503. The bid must be accompanied by a certified/cashiers check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten - percent (10%) of the bid - amount, made payable to Dupont Borough. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or to waive any informalities in - the bidding. If written notice of the acceptance of this Bid is mailed or delivered to the undersigned within sixty (60) days after the opening thereof, or at any time thereafter before the Bid is withdrawn, the undersigned agrees to execute and deliver the Agreement in the form prescribed by the Dupont Borough.
