Dupont Borough Walnut Street Stormwater Improvement Project: Base Bid; Complete approximately 335 L.F. of 12" SLHDPE, six (6) new Stormwater Inlets, New ADA Ramps, Bituminous Paving, Concrete Curb and Sidewalk.The bid must be accompanied by a certified/cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to Dupont Borough. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or to waive any informalities in the bidding. If written notice of the acceptance of this Bid is mailed or delivered to the undersigned within sixty (60) days after the opening thereof, or at any time thereafter before the Bid is withdrawn, the undersigned agrees to execute and deliver the Agreement in the form prescribed by the Dupont Borough. The Labor Standards, Wage Determination Decision and Anti-Kickback regulations (29CFR, Part 3) issued by the Secretary of Labor are included in the contract documents of this project and govern all work under the contracts.
