Renovation of a service station / car wash facility in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility.
The contractor will furnish labor, equipment, material, purchasing, delivery and installing furnishing labor, equipment, material, purchasing, delivery and installing nine (9) electric vehicle charging stations throughout five (5) Bexar County owned properties, with one (1) alternate electric vehicle charging station at one (1) Bexar County owned property. Refer to Exhibits for additional scope and information. All electrical work at all sites will receive all new breakers, conduit, wiring feeders. Project sites may require saw cutting existing paving, trenching for underground conduits, including patching and repairing paving to match existing elevation, penetrating existing wall assemblies to connect stations to electrical panels inside the building. Contractor is responsible for purchasing all charging stations and extending electrical power from the charging station to the electrical panels and test for operation. The scope of work/sites will not be separated into separate bid packages. Bidder is to bid on all project sites as one bid package. Bidders should use lump sum pricing. County payment methods are check or ACH. A bid bond is required.
