Provide and construct an approximately 60'x80' (4,800 SF) new pavilion in DeTour Village with storage, concession, and bathrooms. Submit your Bid on the Bid Form provided. Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Document 00 21 14. Bid Form reflects a base bid, allowing for the project to be awarded within the project budget. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in any or all bids and to make such award as it deems, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the Owner. Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission.
