Reference Number : 1690618 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-02-24 The work covered by this contract includes the renovation of the washrooms and the door of the hair salon of the CHSLD St-Joseph located at 1893 rue Alexis Simard, La Baie, QC. They include, but are not limited to, the following elements: .1 The construction of temporary installations in accordance with the Owner's prescriptions for the protection of the site. .2 The work will be carried out in one area at a time unless otherwise specified by the Owner. .3 In the washrooms of the bedrooms: .1 The dismantling of sanitary accessories and their reinstallation at the end of the work. .2 Removal of existing fixed grab bars and installation of new grab bar in accordance with the 2022 Universal Accessibility Guide of the Régie du bâtiment du Québec. .3 The dismantling of the toilet and its reinstallation at the end of the work. .4 Elimination of the wall faucet according to plumbing standards. .5 Demolition of wall covering and ceramic tile or sheet vinyl flooring. .6 Patching of all surfaces after demolition to receive a new coating. .7 Painting of all walls and door frame. .8 Installation of vinyl sheet coverings on the floor and at mid-height of the walls. .9 Installation of a new cabinet made shelf. .4 The demolition and reconstruction of the glass partition and the door of the hairdressing salon, including all patching of the surrounding elements affected by the work. .5 Coordination and cooperation with the building operator, users and its subcontractors. .6 Responsibility for health and safety on site.
