The scope includes the placement of building foundations and slab on grade, erection of the metal building package. The building pad will be prepared by the City of Lynn Haven (COLH). The building installation will include all exterior envelope components including doors, windows, rollup doors, louvers, and canopies. The metal building erection will also include the erection of a 740 sf mezzanine deck and associated stairs within the building. All of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing work including rough ins for the slab will be provided and installed by the COLH. Additionally, all interior framing and finishes will be provided by the COLH as described in the documents. Property is owned by The City of Lynn Haven, Florida. All civil work provided in the Civil drawings has been provided for information and coordination only. The COLH will provide all civil scope associated with this building (Phase 3 of the Sports Complex Plan).
