Bay Haven Charter Academy, Inc. will receive bids from any qualified person, company, or corporation interested in constructing the following projects (individual projects): Project 1: Perimeter fencing and gates at the Bay Haven Campus and North Bay Haven Campus. The owner has the right to waive any informalities, reject any or all bids, and modify quantities as desired. If the bidder combines the bids for both projects into one envelope, the bidder needs to clearly identify on the outside of the sealed package that the package contains bids for both projects.
