Renovation of a water / sewer project in Panama City, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
All questions must be submitted in writing by e-mail SMandel@panamacity.gov at least five (5) days prior to the bid opening. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The Project includes the following Work:Improvements to PS 44 including but not limited to replacement of pumps, replacement of electrical systems and replacement of piping. The Project has an expected duration of 270 days. All bid documents including Plans, Specifications and Addenda are available in a pdf format from the City of Panama City's Purchasing Division office. All Bidders must be registered plan holders and must pick up bid documents from the Engineer, Mott MacDonald, to be added to the plan holders list. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Engineer's office. Addenda, if any, will be provided electronically to plan holders, as well as posted on the Citys website, and a return receipt will be requested to verify receipt. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
