Remodeling of a medical facility in Coral Springs, Florida. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 4,400-square-foot medical facility.
Legal notice is hereby given that Gerrits Construction, Inc. (Construction Managers) for Broward Health is seeking subcontractor bids for the Broward Health Coral Springs Medical Center Robotic Center project located at 3000 Coral Hills Drive, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33065. Scope of work includes: This project includes finish upgrades to existing corridor and toilets. The Scope of Work associated with this project includes but is not limited to disciplines incorporated within Division(s): 02, 06, 08, 09, 10, 15, 16 (CSI 2014). All mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire sprinkler and drywall subcontractors MUST have previous healthcare AHCA experience. Sealed proposals must be submitted in person by the bid date to our office - Each Bid must be completely executed and submitted in duplicate, Sealed envelopes shall be appropriately labeled with Project Title, and applicable Scope Division Owner and/or Construction Manager reserve the right to reject or accept any qualifications. Owner and/or Construction Manager also reserve the right to waive any information and technicalities in procedure.
