Part 200 as well as the required Federal Contract Provisions of this proposal document as incorporated herein in order to be eligible for reimbursement under the Public Assistance Program and other federal assistance programs. Please note that the Federal Davis-Bacon Wage Rates do not apply to this project. It is anticipated that the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) financial assistance will be used to fund the resulting contract. All work will be completed in compliance with ARPA s rules and guidance as well as federal laws, regulations, executive orders, and the federal cost principles at 2 C.F.R. Part 200.
