The Chelmsford Housing Authority invites written responses from contractors for the supply of services as described in the specifications for ANNUAL JANITORIAL/CLEANING SERVICES. It is the intent of the Authority to award this contract for the period of 1 year with two 1 year options to renew. Work is estimated to cost $75,000.00. Due to the closed bid nature of this solicitation, no electronic bids will be accepted. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder offering the lowest price. A responsible bidder has the capability, reliability, and integrity to perform the contract, per M.G.L. Chapter 30B 2. The Chelmsford Housing Authority Board of Commissioners reserves the right to award and/or reject any and all bids or proposals for any reason determined to be in the Authoritys best interest.
