The project site will be adjacent to the current Greene County Technical Education Center. This building will be occupied during the time of construction. The project involves the building of a freestanding addition (approximately 10,000 square feet) to the existing Greene County Technical Educational Center. Building work will include the addition as well as major building systems such as HVAC, plumbing and electrical, as well as the addition of a sprinkler system to these areas of work.
