Renovation of a water / sewer project in Bakersfield, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

1. Colombo Construction Co. Inc. has a Construction Management Contract with a Guaranteed Maximum Price with the Owner, CAPK. The Contractor will submit his proposal to CAPK. Upon final selection of the Contractor and respective Proposal a contract will be issued by CAPK to the selected Contractor. Upon execution of the contract by the Contractor and CAPK the contract will then be assigned to Colombo Construction Co. Inc. 2. This Bid Package is utilizing a Design/Build Construction Delivery Method. The Contractor will be responsible for design, permitting and construction. The criteria for the design is set worth in the documents included in this Bid Package. It will be the Contractors responsibility to ensure that pricing proposed for the design, permitting and construction is in accordance with all of the public agencies having jurisdiction.
