Reference number : 1701297 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-03-27 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The MRC de Montmagny would like to receive bids for professional services aimed at developing a local road infrastructure intervention plan. The contractor must complete all the required steps as described in the Guide to developing an intervention plan 2021-2024provided by the Ministère des Transports du Québec and in close collaboration with the authorized representatives of the MRC. The work includes, but is not limited to, the socio-economic portrait of the MRC, the auscultation of all level 1 and 2 roads, the inspection of all culverts as well as road assets such as, safety, marking, etc., road condition report, intervention strategy, cost estimate and development of the Intervention Plan. The work will be carried out in the 14 municipalities of the MRC de Montmagny. The Response Plan must be submitted to the MRC no later than August 30, 2024 for acceptance by the MRC and the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility of Quebec. The MRC de Montmagny incurs no responsibility for the fact that the written opinions or any documents conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure, before tendering, to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders.
