The term applicable to the Contract shall be for a two year period with the option to extend for three additional one year periods to a maximum total term of five years. The option to extend the term is subject to agreement between the City and the contractor It is the City's intention to purchase Products identified in 'Pricing' under 'Schedule of Prices' on an as and when needed basis throughout the Contract Term. Previous year's order suggests that there will be two or three major deliveries, with the potential for smaller ones throughout a 12 month period as, if and when needed. The quantities are approximations only and will vary. The successful contractor is assured of neither a minimum or fixed quantity of Goods or Services, nor that the Contractor will have the exclusive rights to supply the said Goods or Services to the City. PRODUCT SPECIFICATION Supplier to provide the following products as seen in 'Pricing' under 'Schedule of Prices' on an as if and when needed basis. PRODUCT DELIVERY Products identified in 'Pricing' under 'Schedule of Prices' to be delivered to: Public Works, Loading Dock (access through Service Entrance) 1737 Broadway Street Port Coquitlam, BC, V3C 2M9 Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm All products shall be secured, organized, and neatly packaged in pallets/skids. Shipping terms: FOB Destination, Freight Prepaid QUALITY CONTROL Damaged or inadequate products shall be replaced by the Supplier at no charge to the City without delay. BRAND NAMES If and when the specifications state a brand name, it is for the purpose of establishing a grade or quality of material only. It is not intended to rule out competition from equal brands or makes. If a product other than that named is proposed, it is the proponent's responsibility to name such a product in its submission.
