The Clara City 2023 Street & Utility Improvements consist of: Project 1 - North Wolverine Drive, from Division Street to MACCRAY School Improvements involve a watermain loop, complete street reconstruction with new aggregate base, curb & gutter and bituminous surfacing, sidewalk replacement, and new storm sewer. Project 2 - South Hawk Creek Watermain Loop Improvements involve a watermain loop across Hawk Creek along MN highway 7 on the south side of Clara City, with new watermain and associated site restoration. Project 3 - Thein Lift Station Improvements involve the replacement of the Thein Lift Station located near the intersection of 4th Avenue and 4th Street. Also included is 4 inch sanitary forcemain and associated street and site restoration.
