Proposal for Siding Replacement-Clara City Assisted Living and Prairie Park Place Facilities Est. Completion Date: Oct. 1, 2024 Remove and replace multiple sections of vinyl siding, fiber cement siding, vinyl soffit, and accessories including corner trim and J-channel at the Clara City Assisted Living, and Prairie Park Place Facilities. Approximate Quantities are as follows: 1) Vinyl Siding = 500 SF 2) Vinyl J-Channel = 170 LF 3) Vinyl Corner Trim = 160 LF 4) Vinyl Soffit = 10 SF 5) Fiber Cement Siding = 10 SF The installed vinyl siding shall be color-matched to the existing vinyl siding and painted with Sherwin Williams VinylSafe acrylic exterior paint (or equivalent).
