The Nova Scotia Community College is requesting responses from qualified Proponents for the Design-Build of Two (2) New Solar PV Systems for the NSCC Lunenburg Campus, 75 High Street, Bridgewater, Nova Scotia. The Design-Build Solar PV Systems from may include any work and/or consultation associated with assessment, estimating, planning, design development, building codes, energy auditing, associated engineering services, contract administration, construction, inspections and commissioning for completion of the system. The successful Proponent will provide the expertise and service under any award for this RFP to the NSCC Department of Facilities and Engineering Services at the NSCC Lunenburg Campus, 75 High Street, Bridgewater, Nova Scotia. The Design Build Proponent/ Contractor hall have demonstrated professional expertise and experience that is similar or relevant to this work in order to be considered for an award for this RFP and, if successful, the Design build Proponent/ Contractor will be responsible for engaging all necessary expertise to complete the Work. RFP documents are made available solely for the purpose of obtaining offers for this project. Their use does not confer a license or grant for any purpose other than the submission of proposals. All costs associated with the engaging all necessary expertise are to be included in the Proposal Response Form. For the purpose of the RFP, later versions of the same document shall always govern over earlier versions.
