The hourly rates will be used for all tree sanitation undertaken for the Town of Bridgewater (excluding any work done by Public Works or Parks Departments) required within Bridgewater, NS or any other location in the Municipality of the District of Lunenburg where the Town or Public Service Commission of Bridgewater owns infrastructure. Below is the approximate schedule that is expected to be followed for this Quote. However, this may be subject to change and is therefore presented primarily for guidance: o Preferred work start date: 1 April 2023 o Preferred work completion date: 29 March 2024 The initial contract will be for a period of ONE (1) year(s). The Town of Bridgewater reserves the right to extend the contract for TWO (2) one-year extension(s) beyond the initial contract period, for an overall maximum of THREE (3) years in total. Questions Due Date: Mar 10th 2023, 4:30 PM AST. Questions submitted after the deadline may not be answered. Proposers should rely only on written statements issued through electronically.
