Renovation of a municipal facility in Colville, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Declaration Networks Group Inc. ("DNG") is issuing this Request for Proposals for Design and Engineering Support Services for the Middle and Last Mile Network in the northern half of Stevens County, Washington (the "RFP") to solicit responses from qualified contractors with experience in design and engineering fiber networks (e.g., Fiber-to-the-Premise (FTTP). Respondents will be competing in an open procurement to provide the complete design package set forth herein. The submissions of Respondents shall be compared and evaluated pursuant to the evaluation criteria set forth in the RFP (conforming to Washington State and Federal procurement guidelines), and a single Respondent shall be selected for the multi-year engagement. DNG is building a flexible framework that will help all unserved towns achieve broadband access provided through funding under the NTIA BIP broadband development program number 21 in collaboration with the Washington State Broadband Office. This is a sealed bid that is publicly solicited, and a firm fixed-price contract (unit price) will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid, conforming with all the material terms and conditions of the invitation for bids, is the lowest in per unit-based price. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
