In Seeking Professional Architectural Design Services, Libraries of Stevens County Requests Qualifications From Firms With Recent Experience in Library Construction in Eastern Washington. Libraries of Stevens County is Seeking Design Services for Its Proposed Capital Improvement Program. The Program Includes Library Improvements at 3 Locations Plus a New Library. Statements of Qualifications (Soq) Shall Be No Longer Than 20 Pages in Length, Not Including the Cover Page, Letter of Interest, Divider Tabs or Staff Resumes. Soq's Shall Include the Following Information as Specified in the Rfq: 1. Letter of Interest 2. Staffing Plan 3. Relevant Experience 4. Program/project Approach 5. Other Services 6.
