**As of July 25, 2022, project was awarded to Boden Solutions, awarded amount is $24,144.26.** The City of Colville is requesting bids for a Small Works Project for the Well 2 Building Repair. Please find the scope of work and 1 KMZ map for location. The City of Colville is requesting bids for lifting, shoring, and concrete crack repairs for the Well Building housing the #2 well head located at 280 Highway 20 E #2. The building is 11'4" wide x 21' 4" long constructed from 8" CMU blocks on a standard concrete footing and foundation wall. Bottom of footings are approximately 38" below grade. Original construction drawings are available upon request. You must have a current 2022 Small Works Roster Application in place with the City of Colville at that time (also attached for your convenience). If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Sydney Gilmore at 509-684-2244. Contractor must be licensed, bonded, and insured in the State of Washington. If the project exceeds $35,000, performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract will be required. Bid bonds are not required. Contractor will be required to pay Stevens County Prevailing Wage Rates as of June 6th, 2022. The Stevens County rates are available at the Dept. of Labor and Industries website The City shall have the right to reject any or all bids in any way incomplete or irregular.
