The City of Colville is hereby soliciting RFP's (Request for Proposal) for janitorial services for most of its city buildings/departments. Responsible for cleaning and maintaining City buildings including City Hall, the Police Department, Library, Park & Recreation offices and Public Works. Vendors are also encouraged to propose alternative janitorial solutions, preferably at a reduced cost. Vendors are asked to submit their proposals for each location separately listing the different options available to that location Proposals will be accepted for consideration of services that are equal or superior to the stated specifications.Decisions of equivalency will be at the sole interpretation of the City. The City does not employ a staff member to provide janitorial services. Requests for clarifications may be directed to City Clerk/Human Resources Manager Holly Pannell: hpannell@colville.wa.us no later than Tuesday, April 5, 2022.
