The City of Colville will receive sealed bids for the purchase of a Prefabricated Bulk Water Dispensing Station designed to replace the existing standpipe located at the Public Works facility for Fiscal Year 2022. Award of the bid will be based on the price as well as ability of the bidder to meet minimum specifications. The award will be made to the responsive and responsible bidder who offers the best value to the City. There must be no monthly or annual fee for operating the station. First 2 years of Software and IT Support must be included in price. There must be a minimum One (1) year parts warranty for the Bulk Water Delivery Station. Bid winner agrees to provide to provide training and all documentation for the proper use of the Bulk Water Delivery Station and its associated software program at the vendors expense. The city of colville city council reserves the right to waive minor irregularities in the bidding and/or the right to reject any or all bids.
