Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Minot, North Dakota. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Provide the Library with consulting engineering services for the design and construction management of improvements to the library parking lot. The current parking lot needs rehabilitation of the pavement, curb and gutter repairs, and storm sewer drainage improvements. Consultant must have prior experience with site improvement and municipal improvement projects. The City of Minot, North Dakota, is requesting "Statements of Qualifications" from engineering consulting firms to provide Consultant Engineering services for the Minot Public Library Parking Lot Improvements. Title VI assures that no person or group of persons may, on the grounds of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any and all programs or activities administered by the City. Consultant must also comply with Title VI requirements. The Minot Public Library and Minot City Council reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
