BR 155-35.0 Removal of Structure = 1 LS; Common Excavation - Type A = 1 LS; Riprap Grade II = 200 Ton; Borrow -Excavation = 205 CY; Foundation Preparation = 1 EA; Pipe Bedding CL-3 or CL-5 = 95 Ton; 58.5in x 36in RCP Arch Culvert = 114 LF; and 58.5 x 36in RCP Arch End Sections = 6 EA. The undersigned, as bidder, has carefully examined the contract documents, including the Advertisement for Bids, Information for Bidders, General Conditions, Special Provisions, Plans, Specifications and Construction Contract for the Removal of Bridge Structure 142-44.0 & Installation of Three CL 3 RCP Culverts of Afton Township Gravel Road - 16th ST SW, Removal of Bridge Structure 155-35.0 & Installation of Three CL 3 RCP Arch Culverts of Maryland Township Gravel Road - 167th ST NE described and referred to in the Advertisement for Bids, dated March 13, 2023 and has examined closely the site of the work Afton Township - 16 th ST SW: The Removal of Bridge Structure 142-44.0 and install Three 72" Class 3 RCP Culverts, along with Graveling on Township Road 16 th ST SW, located south of Minot, approximately 3.32 miles north of State Highway 2. Maryland Township 167 th ST NE: The Removal of Bridge Structure 155-35.0 and install Three 58.5" x 36" Class 3 RCP Culverts, along with Graveling on Township Road 167 th ST NE, located northeast of Surrey, approximately 1.0 miles west of US Highway 83.
