1. Data Center Relocation: Relocating the data center to the 2nd floor and adding cooling. When complete, the old data center area will be reclaimed to general office space use. 2. Flooring and Ceiling Replacement and Painting: Flooring and ceiling replacement and painting of offices (as noted) and flooring replacement of existing Open Office 201. 3. Electric Bus Charging Station: Install two (2) electric bus charging stations. All bids received after that time will not be considered. The bidders assume the risk of any delay in the receipt of the bids.
