Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Kaysville, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
For Wilderness Park Parking Lot Expansion The Project consists of the expansion and paving of existing parking lot; including site clearing, grading, storm drain, curb & gutter, concrete flatwork, pavement, and striping. Contract duration: 90 days Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. All documents listed in paragraph 7.01 of the Bid Form must be emailed. Scanned copies or digital copies of each document are acceptable. Digital photographs will not be accepted. The project has an Engineer's Estimate of $740,000. No pre-bid conference will be held. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner. Questions related to the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to Brandon Jones, brandonj@jonescivil.com no later than 5:00 pm, March 3, 2023.
