Janitorial Maintenance Service contract for Kaysville City government facilities. Contract renewal: 1 annual renewal Contract duration: 90 days Further information concerning this request for proposal may be obtained by submitting questions to Cole Stephens at cstephens@kaysvill.gov. All questions must be submitted through email. Answers will only be given via email to those on the bidder list. The term of the resulting agreement shall be for a period of one (1) year beginning August 1, 2023 and ending July 31, 2024. The contract period may be extended for up to two (2) additional one year terms (three (3) years total), in accordance with the Citys best interest and at the sole option of the City. Annually, at the time of renewal, the Contractor may submit a request to change the proposed price. If the City does not approve the price change requested, it may cancel the contract and solicit new proposals. The agreement shall be able to be cancelled by either party upon 30 days written notice to the other party. In the event the City of Kaysville shall sell, vacate, abandon, or otherwise dispose of or terminate a location to which this location applies, all existing agreements for services from Contractor applicable to such location and this agreement shall be canceled as of the date such location is so terminated. Kaysville City shall give Contractor written notice of such termination of a location within a reasonable time prior thereto.
