Site work for a mixed-use development in Kaysville, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and water / sewer project.
Project Description: This project replaces the steel condenser water piping on the roof with outdoor rated plastic piping. Mechanical room systems shall be updated to primary-secondary condenser loops to serve chiller, building, and tower condenser water.. Construction Cost Estimate: $1,100,000.00 Question Submission Close Date 5/31/2023 3:00 PM MDT The Work includes: a. Replace the exterior roof mounted condenser water piping serving the different AHU indirect coils b. Re-pipe indirect cooling piping and pump loops inside to create separate loops for tower, chillers, and AHU coils c. Provide new tower loop pumps. d. Additive Alternate(s) to replace sections of exterior chilled water piping
