Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Bristow, Virginia. Completed plans call for the addition of a 4,500-square-foot educational facility; for the renovation of a 86,659-square-foot educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The Work generally consists of the renovation of approximately 86,659 SF of existing building, and the addition of approximately 1,000 SF for a new walk-in cooler and freezer and associate spaces, and the addition of approximately 3,500 SF for a new auxiliary gym, office, storage, and associated spaces. The scope includes but not limited to masonry, concrete, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and systems demolition and improvements. Equipment and furnishings indicated, shall be provided by the Contractor unless noted otherwise. The Project consists of construction of the Cedar Point Elementary School Additions and Renovation and related site work Additional Info MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE- Bids will only be accepted from those bidders who are represented at the pre-bid conference. Attendance at the conference will be evidence by the representative's email response to burtneba@pwcs.edu with copy to purchasing@pwcs.edu to be added to the attendance roster.
