Bristow Run Elementary School Renovation and Addition The Work generally consists of the renovation of approximately 86,552 square feet existing masonry and steel structure and the construction of approximately 4,599 square feet additions and related site work. Responsibility for maintenance of all existing erosion control devices, if provided under a separate contract, is included.
