Renovation of a municipal facility in Island Lake, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Removal and disposal of all shingles on both levels. Check roof of office where it meets exterior of hall. Repair and replace any damaged roof sheathing Install customer supplied metal cladding on entire roof of both levels. Remove all drywall, replace drywall and paint drywall from ceilings in vestibule, cloak room and office. Remove and replace all flooring and subfloor in same areas. The community is located on Stevenson Island, approximately 412 air kilometres (km) northeast of Winnipeg and 260 air km southeast of Thompson.
