Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Island Lake, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the construction of a 6,400-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The project consists of the design, manufacture, delivery, and setup of four (4) temporary classrooms on crawlspaces for Garden Hill First Nation in Manitoba. The units are to be designed and constructed in accordance with these documents. The work includes: Design and construction of 4 temporary classrooms Delivery of temporary classrooms to Garden Hill First Nation to a site adjacent to the existing High School Layout of the work Associated site work Construction of foundations for the temporary classrooms Setup of temporary classrooms on site Connection of temporary classrooms to water and sewage holding tanks, to power supply, and to internet supply and installation of water and sewage holding tanks for each classroom. The proposed design of the temporary classrooms must be approved by Ingram Consulting and Garden Hill First Nation before construction of the temporary classrooms. Only electronic tender documents will be issued for this tender.
