Renovation of a laboratory facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
This project includes renovation of D329 Lab and adjacent D330 Lab Gas Closet on the third floor of the Dr. Gerald Niznick College of Dentistry building. Renovation of Lab D329 aims to meet Biosafety Lab 2 standards, including replacement of plumbing fixture, ceiling, flooring, and lab benches and provision of new HVAC mini-split system. Renovation of D330 Lab Gas Closet includes upgrades to existing wall assemblies to achieve the required fire separations. Documents are available at https://umanitoba.bonfirehub.ca/ * Only those companies, who are on the list of Pre-qualified General Contractors of University of Manitoba, are eligible to bid this project.
