The Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba (WCB) invites firms to submit a Proposal for the following: To act as the Contractor for the WCB's parking lot upgrade project, at 333 Broadway, Winnipeg, Manitoba, in accordance with a CCDC 2-2020 Stipulated Price Contract. The WCB is upgrading its parking lot areas at 333 Broadway in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The parking lot areas consist of two (2) components, a smaller visitor/contractor lot and a larger staff lot, both on the north side of the WCB's office building located at 333 Broadway. This project will have to be completed in two (2) phases in order to maintain half of the visitor/contractor lot and half of the staff lot as open and functional, throughout the entire project duration. The delivery loading zone and wheelchair access will have to be maintained throughout the project either at their permanent locations or by using temporary measures. The Work shall be performed in accordance with the following documents (Project Manual also contain the administrative requirements including, but not limited to, Supplementary Conditions for the CCDC 2-2020), prepared by ft3 for Project No. 21.584, included with this RFP on MERX: -Project Manual, Commission Number 21.584; -Geotechnical Investigation Report, prepared by Trek Geotechnical Inc. (dated March 6, 2023) referenced as an appendix to the Project Manual; and -21582 Drawings IFC SIGNED. On a constant basis throughout the Work the Contractor will have an adequate number of personnel on site to successfully coordinate the Work and communicate with the building designated representatives to ensure full adherence with filling request forms for shutdowns, access time lines, fire access/control, and all other such notices required to be managed within the project. Major noise restrictions are in place at 333 Broadway from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (excluding statutory holidays and weekends).
