Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the construction of a 16,700-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The Work to be done under the subsequent Contract shall consist of a new 16,700 square foot (1,551.5 square meter) Vocational Wing addition to the Pembina Trails Collegiate structure. The new Vocational Wing includes class room and work space for Welding and Machining, Construction and Wood Technology, Food and Nutrition, and Culinary Arts programs. It also includes washroom, staff office and operational and maintenance support spaces. The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Foundations; (b) Superstructure; (c) Building Envelope; (d) Interior partitions and finishes; (e) Mechanical systems; (f) Electrical systems; and (g) Site work including grading, drainage, utilities, services, and hard and soft landscaping.
