Reference Number 0000260251 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/12/18 12:00:00 PM CST 1. All 150 Mm Diameter, Aluminum Posts and All 178, 254 and 305 Mm I Beams Will Be Supplied by Manitoba Transportation and Infrastructure. All Other Material to Be Supplied by Fabricator Beginning on Approximatley December 6, 2023 2. All Welding Shall Conform to C.s.a. Welding Code W-47.2. The Vendor Shall Be a Certified Aluminum Welder. 3. Numbering of Parts Each Sign Post Shall Be Identifiedto Correspond With the Appropriate Sign Number to Be Supplied. These Sign Numbers Shall Be Stamped Into Each I-beam Just Above the Base Plate. 4. Bolts Must Be A325 Galvanized. 5. The Above Quantities Are Approximate and May Vary More or Less. These Breakaway Sign Posts Are to Be Supplied in the Requested Quantities During the Period December 6, 2023 September 30, 2025. Any Unused Portion Will Be Stored at Vendor to Be Used for Future Projects or Returned to Manitoba Infrastructure Once Contract Expires. 6. Posts Shall Be Delivered to the Destination Within 2 Weeks After the Request for Fabrication. 7. Nuts, Bolts, Screws and Miscellaneous Items Will Be Included in the Two Year Outline Agreement and Drawn for as Required. 8. The Vendor Will Make Space Available to Store Additional I-beam Lengths (0-6 Pieces) for Future Projects. 9.
