The Canadian Museum for Human Rights (CMHR) seeks to engage the services of a Service Provider (Contractor) to provide the necessary services for the installation and/or update of washroom partitions as specified by this Scope of Work (SOW) document. The CMHR is seeking to evaluate three (3) options of services to complete our Washrooms for All project. The CMHR stakes its reputation on the quality of our visitors and staff experiences. Maintaining a standard of inclusive design and operation is critical to our continued success. The CMHR endeavours to provide facilities that are inclusive for all visitors, staff and users. The purpose of the project is to remove and/or update the current washroom stall partitions on Level 1 of the CMHR to provide more privacy. The CMHR is requesting Proposals from experienced and qualified Proponents. Proposals should reflect work plans related to the following general requirements: 1 Responsible for the provision of labour, materials, tools/equipment and supervision for the installation and/or update of all existing washroom partitions located on Level 1. 2 Responsible for the removal of all existing washroom partitions as specified. 3 Responsible for the provision of options for materials and specifications of proposed washroom partition replacements. 4 Ensure that all materials and components being proposed are compliant with all existing codes and guidelines. 5 Ensure that all materials and specifications align and are compatible with the current design of the washrooms.
